Job summary

Yahoo DSP is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead the West region, owning revenue growth and client strategy across advertisers and agencies. You will guide a team of Account Directors and align with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires deep programmatic knowledge, executive presence, and a track record of managing large, complex deals with brands and agencies. Hybrid work options are offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital advertising or media sales with leadership of quota-carrying sellers or teams.
• Proven regional or multi-vertical book of business with consistent revenue performance.
• Deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, identity, CTV, retail media, and attribution.
• Experience negotiating with brands and holding companies, including JBPs and multi-year deals.
• AI tooling use in sales workflow with balance of human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for the West region across key advertiser and agency accounts.
• Develop and execute a regional growth plan to expand DSP adoption and revenue.
• Lead a high-performing team with accountability and data-driven pipeline reviews.
