Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing, supplier relationships, pricing, and terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supply chain and buying personnel across three polymer sites.
• Direct supply chain, purchasing, outside processing, and inventory management.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and capacity agreements with suppliers.
• Develop and implement supply chain policies, processes, and controls.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Oversee ERP/MRP records and ensure policy compliance.
