Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering LLC in Irvine, CA seeks an Operations Manager to lead the on-site polymer additive manufacturing facility. You will own the P&L, drive end-to-end production from build through shipment, and coordinate with commercial, engineering and leadership to optimize capacity and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, safety culture, and experience with ERP/MES/QMS systems, AS9100 readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial leadership experience.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/operations, with 5+ years leading managers.
• Experience owning manufacturing P&L and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own site operating performance and P&L results, including budgets and forecasts.
• Lead safe, compliant daily operations across polymer printing, handling, and shipping.
• Direct scheduling and capacity allocation across 40+ polymer printers.
• Establish and review operating KPIs including margins, on-time delivery and yield.
• Lead and develop production, technical and quality leaders across shifts.
• Partner with sales, engineering and program management on manufacturability and lead times.
• Ensure QMS/AS9100 readiness and robust documentation and traceability.
• Develop maintenance plans with OEMs and internal resources.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methods and data-driven problem solving.
• Manage inventory discipline for polymers, resins and consumables.
