Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Business Development Director for the West Coast to drive new sales and strengthen service delivery for existing clients. You will identify and engage potential customers, present capabilities, and lead negotiations to secure contracts for Almac Sciences’ services.

The role requires a pharma/biotech background with a proven track record in US market BD, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical, life or physical sciences; strong industry knowledge.
• 5 years experience in a CMO business development environment.
• Proven success in expanding customer base and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, visit sites, and host clients at Almac sites.
• Develop proposals for RFPs and negotiate contracts to win business.
• Monitor industry trends and provide strategic guidance to management on growth.
