Job summary

Tenfold Search & Advisory on the West Coast is seeking an Associate to join an established infrastructure investor focused on energy transition and renewables across North America. You will build and run financial models behind new investments from first look to close, work on live deals across energy and infrastructure, and help prepare investment memos for the investment committee.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity or infrastructure investing.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Infrastructure or energy experience helps but isn’t required.
• Based in, or committed to relocating to, Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Building and running the financial models behind new investments, from first look to close
• Working on live deals across energy transition, renewables and wider infrastructure
• Writing investment memos and helping prepare material for investment committee
• Supporting existing portfolio companies on performance, add-ons and reporting
• Working directly with senior investors on a small team, with real responsibility from day one
