VC Stack is looking for an Energy Venture Capital Associate to join their investment team focused on sourcing and supporting investments in the energy transition sector, including renewables and digital energy infrastructure.

This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of energy markets, with responsibilities encompassing deal sourcing, investment analysis, and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or energy industry roles.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Strong network in the energy/climate tech ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential startups in energy and climate tech.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis across energy verticals.
• Support existing portfolio companies with fundraising and strategy.
