Job summary

Equal Justice Works seeks a Network Manager to lead West Coast stakeholder engagement, grow sponsorships, and sustain relationships with sponsors, host organizations, law schools, alumni, and Fellows. The role drives fundraising strategy and coordinates with Programs and Development teams to maximize impact across the West Coast.

Qualifications

• JD and legal work experience required.
• Five or more years of progressively related experience in fundraising, donor relations, sponsorship management, business development, external affairs, relationship management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with West Coast sponsors, host organizations, law schools, alumni, and fellows.
• Grow sponsorships and manage a portfolio of funders with multi-year commitments.
• Coordinate with Programs and Development Units to align fellowship sponsorships with strategy.
• Set KPIs, report progress, and maintain timely, professional communications with network members.
