Qualifications

• Five+ years of fundraising, donor relations, sponsorship management, or related experience.
• Knowledge of the public interest law sector and social justice issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Commitment to Equal Justice Works’ mission, values and DEI principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage West Coast relationships with Sponsors, Host organizations, Law schools, and Alumni.
• Sustain and grow a fundraising portfolio and key constituent relationships on the West Coast.
• Coordinate cross-unit work with Programs and Development to advance fellowship sponsorships and donor relations.
• Support Fellows, prepare reports, and create sponsor communications and stewardship materials.
• Monitor activity, track portfolio performance, and ensure sponsor satisfaction and retention.
