Job summary

Central Washington Justice for Our Neighbors (CWJFON) seeks an Executive Director to advance its mission with a strong focus on financial health and trusted community partnerships. The role requires strategic vision, fundraising acumen, and inclusive leadership across staff and volunteers.

You will lead organizational planning, governance, and program coordination to ensure equity in immigration justice work and sustainable impact for communities in central and eastern Washington.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding nonprofits toward mission and financial health.
• Ability to develop governance models and measure outcomes.
• Experience fundraising from foundations and individuals.
• Strong communication with funders, board, staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning with board and staff and set measurable goals.
• Oversee fiscal management, budgeting and reporting.
• Drive fundraising efforts across multiple sources.
• Manage staff, governance and partner relationships.
