Equal Justice Works is seeking a Network Manager for the West Coast to cultivate and expand relationships with sponsors, host organizations, law schools, and alumni across California, Oregon, and Washington.

The role focuses on fundraising, portfolio management, and delivering high-quality stakeholder experiences, aligning with EJW's mission, values, and DEI principles. JD required; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• JD and legal work experience required in nonprofit or legal settings.
• Five or more years of related experience in fundraising, donor relations, sponsorship management, or related field.
• Knowledge of the public interest law sector and nonprofit organizations.
• Commitment to developing public service leaders; mentoring experience a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently in a collaborative team.
• Growth mindset with strong accountability for results.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and foster relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with West Coast sponsors, host organizations, law schools, and alumni.
• Grow and manage a fundraising portfolio with approximately $2–$3 million in annual commitments.
• Develop and implement strategic cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and retention plans.
• Prepare and deliver sponsorship proposals, presentations, and impact reports.
• Track fundraising activity and portfolio performance through reporting systems.
• Support Fellows presentations and sponsor interactions throughout the fellowship.
• Collaborate with Programs, Development, and Alumni relations teams.
