Switchback Medical LLC is seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Northwestern United States. You will cultivate long-term relationships with medical device OEMs, startups, and engineering teams, promoting contract manufacturing capabilities from design support to regulated production.

You will lead the full sales cycle, collaborate with engineering, operations and quality teams, forecast pipeline, and represent the company at industry events while traveling

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside sales in medical device, contract manufacturing, precision machining or related technical industries.
• Strong understanding of medical device development cycles, regulatory considerations, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in technical or consultative sales.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in the Western U.S.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with medical device OEMs, startups, and product development firms.
• Build consultative relationships with engineering, R&D, procurement, and leadership stakeholders.
• Present manufacturing capabilities, technical strengths, and value propositions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and handoff to internal project teams.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and quality teams for quotes and onboarding.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and regular pipeline reporting.
