Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Regional Commercial Director to lead the North America West Coast region, overseeing strategy and commercial execution across retail boutiques, partner locations, and multi-brand partners.

You will organize cross-functional collaboration to drive luxury brand impact, ensure optimal product availability, and achieve ambitious revenue targets with a strong focus on client experience and talent development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 8+ years of progressive commercial leadership in luxury retail.
• Strong client-centric and people-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with SAP is a plus.
