Job summary

House Rx is seeking a West Coast Supervisor for our Centralized Services team to lead a care coordination group serving patients and clinic partners on a west coast schedule.

As a people manager, you will coach, develop, and drive accountability while ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth operational workflows across scheduling, prior authorizations, financial assistance, and outreach. You will partner with operations to support launches and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing specialty pharmacy workflow.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience with scheduling, prior authorizations, financial assistance, and patient outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators working west coast hours.
• Provide daily oversight to ensure engagement and exceptional patient care.
• Manage work queues and act as escalation point for centralized staff.
• Coordinate deployment and training across teams for continuity of service.
• Coach on performance management and professional development.
• Ensure successful clinic launches with operations and implementation teams.
