Job summary
House Rx seeks a Supervisor for our Centralized Services HUB in Pittsburgh, leading a team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators and ensuring high-quality patient care across West Coast hours.
You will coach, manage performance, deploy staffing, coordinate care coordination functions (prior authorizations, financial assistance, order management), and partner with operations to drive measurable improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience managing specialty pharmacy workflow.
- Proven leader with credibility through expertise.
- Experience with change management and driving adoption.
- Experience leading people and high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, WAM).
- Exposure to EMR systems or specialty pharmacy systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators working west coast hours.
- Provide daily oversight and ensure staff engagement and patient care.
- Manage work queues and act as escalation point for Centralized staff.
- Coordinate deployment and training to ensure continuity of service.
- Collaborate with operations to measure accountability and execution.
- Coach and develop staff, support performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Own scheduling, PTO coverage and expense reporting for direct reports.
- Support clinic launches and ensure successful rollout of processes.
