Job summary

Samba seeks an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead West Coast IT for its San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. You will own end‑to‑end IT operations, from device provisioning to security compliance, with strategic direction from the VP of Technology Operations.

You will be the single point of ownership for IT at your sites, handling onboarding, offboarding, IAM, and office infrastructure to keep the workplace functioning smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations or multi‑discipline IT roles.
• Experience independently managing corporate IT across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT contact for all employees at West Coast offices.
• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure including devices, networks, SaaS, and AV.
• Troubleshoot issues with rapid resolution and high availability.
• Manage IT helpdesk tickets and SLA targets.
• Collaborate with HR/Finance for seamless tech transitions.
