Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the IT Operations team across hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Toronto. You will own asset management, onboarding logistics, procurement, ticketing, and the communications that keep employees productive.

This role partners with HR and Finance, builds dashboards in Jira and Oomnitza, and ensures governance, lifecycle workflows, and compliant e-waste handling while aligning with the company's flexible, hybrid work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or IT support management.
• Proven track record leading an operations team across logistics/onboarding/procurement.
• Hands-on asset lifecycle management experience (Oomnitza or similar).
• Proficiency with Jira Service Management for tickets/workflows.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership decisions.
• Strong written communication and ability to document runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Operations team across logistics, onboarding, and procurement.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, Finance, and People Programs to align on goals.
• Own IT procurement with a Procurement Lead to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Jira and Oomnitza for IT leadership.
• Govern asset audits and lifecycle workflows; ensure compliant e-waste handling.
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires and provide IT onboarding support.
