Job summary

Parallel is seeking an experienced IT Operations lead to own day-to-day operations at our headquarters, reporting to the IT Director. You’ll manage devices, networks, access controls, vendor relationships, and security basics while solving issues quickly and scalably.

You should have prior hands-on IT ops in a fast-moving company, be comfortable with on-site work in the SF/Bay Area, and able to build processes that scale with growth.

• Hands-on with device management, networks, and vendor relationships.
• Proactive, scalable mindset with the ability to fix issues before they impact users.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations at Parallel's headquarters, ensuring hardware, software, networks, and access run smoothly.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise; manage provisioning/deprovisioning and vendor relationships.
• Help design scalable IT processes to support company growth and onboard new hires.
