Educate! on the US West Coast is cultivating a new revenue channel focused on high-net-worth donors and tech-sector philanthropy.

This role requires building authentic trust with influential people and connecting founders, investors, operators, and next-gen philanthropists to Educate!’s mission. The Senior HNW Manager will operate across time zones, develop a scalable portfolio, and drive revenue growth in a high-impact setting.

• A strong ability to build and sustain relationships with influential people in founder, investor, operator circles.
• A commercial mindset and pipeline orientation to move opportunities forward.
• Strong communication skills to tailor messages and inspire action.
• Data-driven thinking and credibility to discuss Educate!’s evidence with analytically-minded audiences.
• Entrepreneurial approach with ownership mindset to create missing processes.
• Self-directed working style, comfortable across significant time-zone differences.
• Existing networks within West Coast technology, founder, or philanthropic communities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Educate!’s primary contact for a new portfolio of high-net-worth donors on the US West Coast.
• Build long-term partnerships with founders, operators, AI and tech leaders interested in global development.
• Identify and develop new relationships with prospective supporters in founder, investor, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
• Represent Educate! with professionalism and warmth in external engagements.
• Progressively take on ownership of a broader funder portfolio with revenue targets.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and provide regular reporting on activity and growth.
