Job summary

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a Philanthropic Solutions Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for ultra-high net worth donors and their advisors, overseeing donor-advised fund activity with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.

The role involves proactive issue resolution, collaboration with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments, and Tax teams, and occasional in-person service reviews and conferences to support client goals.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to serve as the primary point of contact for donor/advisor inquiries and manage complex, high-dollar transactions.
• Demonstrates proactive problem prevention, timely resolution, and clear escalation when needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Donors and Advisors across Fidelity Charitable’s platform.
• Communicate project milestones, risks, issues, and status to internal teams and external parties.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments, and Tax teams to ensure proper processing end-to-end.
