Earth Commons LLC is seeking a licensed Funeral Director for a remote role based in California. You will respond to families, explain soil transformation, and guide them through pre‑need and enrollment while meeting monthly quotas.

You will manage a high‑volume queue, document calls in HubSpot, and stay compliant with licensing and state regulations. A strong sales mindset and compassionate communication are essential.

Qualifications

• An active funeral director license and a mortuary school certificate.
• A sales mindset.
• Experience guiding families through arrangement conversations, pre‑need, at‑need, or both.
• Comfortable speaking about death and grief.
• Confidence and a reassuring demeanor on video calls with multiple family members.
• Comfort with templates and call scripts, and being coached on calls.
• Strong reading comprehension and written communication.
• Ability to learn software quickly: HubSpot, VOIP tools, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI assistants.
• Excellent self‑motivation for independent remote work.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet space for confidential conversations.
• Availability for 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm PT and on-call rotation.
• Trustworthiness handling sensitive family information.
• Based in California.

Responsabilités

• Respond to families quickly and lead consultations with care.
• Educate families on soil transformation, timeline, costs, and how it compares to burial/cremation.
• Enroll families: contracts, payment plans, disclosures, and pre‑need arrangements.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM with notes and next steps.
• Stay compliant with policy, licensing, and regulations; earn additional state licenses as markets expand.
• Receive feedback and share improvements with the team.
• Use HubSpot, VOIP, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
