Anywhere Real Estate seeks a Regional Vice President for The Corcoran Group to oversee the Southeast territory (FL, GA, TN, LA, KY, AL). This remote role requires residency in the territory and frequent travel.

You will own the sales cycle, drive pipeline, and collaborate across brand and shared services to meet growth targets. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in sales, familiarity with real estate or franchise sales, and strong presentation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales with business development or management consulting emphasis.
• Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Ability to read financial statements and solve problems.
• Strong presentation skills in person and virtual settings.
• Basic knowledge of Sales CRM systems and MS Office.
• Approximately 50–75% travel and hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the full deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Implement brand sales strategy and achieve annual quota targets.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, and growth teams to improve effectiveness.
• Lead meetings and guide prospects through all sales phases with management support.
