You will work with operations leadership to prioritize repairs, manage preventive maintenance, and drive budgeted outcomes.

• Responsible for upkeep and repair of equipment, building and grounds including electrical, HVAC, conveyor, and life safety equipment.
• Coordinate with local contractors and vendors for services and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain rolling log of deficiencies and corrective action plans.
• Support safety compliance and budget adherence.
