• Experience maintaining facility systems and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems.
• Ability to manage contractor and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of equipment, building, and grounds with SME level knowledge.
• Manage site projects and align workload with operations.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors for services and ensure contract compliance.
• Plan daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain defect logs and corrective action plans.
