Job summary

Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking an Educational Consultant to join on the West Coast. This role acts as a content expert and brand ambassador, supporting the full customer lifecycle from presale to implementation.

You will create and deliver content for sales presentations, develop implementation and PD plans, and coach pilots to success. The position requires deep knowledge of Teaching Strategies solutions, 10+ years in early childhood, and willingness to travel up to 40% nationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Early Childhood field.
• Ability to travel up to 40% nationally as necessary.
• B.A. in early childhood education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Leadership experience building and leading programs as an administrator or instructional coach.

Responsibilities

• Lead content and product knowledge training for internal teams.
• Partner with Sales and Partner Success to grow revenue and improve implementation.
• Develop detailed implementation, professional development and coaching plans for key accounts.
• Consult on specialized content and the Early Childhood field.
• Research customers and tailor presentations to goals and objections.
• Support marketing with customer-facing pieces and communications.
• Serve as a thought leader at conferences, blogs and external communications.
