Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking an engaging, experienced self-starter to grow our Education Consulting business line. You will manage complex projects, lead deliverables, hire and supervise staff, and contribute to proposals and sales presentations while traveling to client sites as needed.

The role is remote with 20-30% travel and preference for candidates in several major regions. A strong background in education policy and stakeholder management is essential to drive client

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 5 years' experience required, graduate degree a plus.
• Experience in Special Education, Curriculum, or K-12 leadership desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager and SME, independently handling complex projects.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Provide expertise in business operations for service and efficiency improvements.
• Develop communication plans, elicit requirements from stakeholders, facilitate client discussions.
• Identify gaps and determine workarounds for client projects.
• Create project budgets and staffing plans to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Plan and monitor ongoing project tasks and delegate responsibilities.
• Assess best practices and provide technical assistance to clients.
• Lead proposal writing teams and prepare client reports and materials.
