Job summary

Teaching Strategies is seeking a Lead Educational Consultant for a West Coast remote role. The candidate will support presale through implementation, delivering content-driven sales presentations and professional development plans.

They will coach teams, build customer relationships, and position Teaching Strategies as a trusted market expert. The role requires deep knowledge of Teaching Strategies solutions, 10+ years in early childhood, and ability to travel up to 40% nationwide.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Teaching Strategies entire suite of solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in the Early Childhood field.
• Ability to travel up to 40% nationally as necessary.
• BA in early childhood education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Leadership experience building and leading programs as an administrator or instructional coach.
• Experience conducting adult learning training sessions.
• Experience or excellent transferable skills in sales and implementation.
• Expert presentation skills both in person and via Zoom.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required.
• Ability to learn new technology applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader and mentor to internal teams on content and product knowledge.
• Partner with Sales to grow revenue and strengthen implementation of solutions.
• Develop detailed implementation, professional development and coaching plans.
• Research customers and goals to tailor presentations.
• Support Marketing on customer facing pieces like pitch decks and proposals.
• Strengthen the company's position as a thought leader through conferences and publications.
• Build model implementations to demonstrate solutions in action.
• Represent Teaching Strategies commitment to program success in all interactions.
