VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a Client Solutions Supervisor for the West Coast. You will lead six Client Solutions Specialists, manage client setup, pricing, and RFP strategies, and ensure timely service delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or client services, ideally in environmental/waste management.
• 5+ years experience creating and overseeing waste profiles submissions and approvals per California regulation.
• 2–5 years of leadership/supervisory experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of six Client Solutions Specialists across the West Coast region.
• Manage client setup, pricing, proposals, and RFP strategy; maintain documentation.
• Oversee daily client interactions, ensuring timely service delivery and issue resolution.
• Lead pricing, billing, invoicing, and discrepancy resolution; prepare client reports.
• Oversee transition to new systems and support regional M&A activities.
