Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of environmental consulting experience; proven business development track record.
Licensure or certification in a relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships while generating new business opportunities.
Lead complex environmental consulting projects from proposal development through execution.
Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, profitability, and client expectations.
Provide technical leadership for site investigation, remediation, regulatory compliance, due diligence, brownfield redevelopment, and related environmental projects.
Mentor and develop technical staff and emerging project managers.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, growth strategies, and technical innovation.
Support proposal preparation, client presentations, and strategic business development initiatives.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
