Job summary

ASU Foundation seeks a Senior Director, Global Advancement to drive philanthropic investments for the 100 Million Learners initiative. You will lead strategy, development, cultivation, and stewardship of major donors and alliances across corporations, foundations, and governments to accelerate access to world-class education globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Proven track record closing $1M+ principal gifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead global fundraising strategy for the 100 Million Learners initiative.
• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and institutions to secure gifts.
• Develop proposals and coordinate with ASU leadership and global partners.
• Ensure donor stewardship and timely documentation per policies.
