Job summary

TeamBradley, Inc. is seeking a remote, full-time Regional Sales Leader to own a territory across the western U.S.

and Canada, guiding independent agents, distributors, and design professionals in specialized plumbing and building products from spec to install. You will develop regional plans, coach reps, and build lasting relationships with showrooms, builders, designers, and architects while coordinating with the specification manager and tracking progress in CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing customer relationships.
• Experience building products with a strong plumbing background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• CRM experience and ability to lead independent sales agencies.
• Ability to manage a remote region with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales plans, budgets, and growth initiatives.
• Lead and coach independent sales representatives and agencies.
• Build relationships with showrooms, builders, designers, architects, and distributors.
• Partner with the specification manager for project follow-up.
• Track project status and competitive activity in CRM.
