Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an Account Engineer to provide technical expertise and build relationships as customers explore the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. This role blends problem solving with customer focus in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams on technical evaluations, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and tailored demos. Growth opportunities include mentorship and hands-on learning across resources and labs.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a technical role (e.g., solution engineering, SaaS, data analytics, or cloud tech).
• Willingness to learn and grow technical and business skills.
• Basic familiarity with SQL and/or Python, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused, collaborative team player mindset.
• Location on the West Coast of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in presenting Snowflake’s technology and vision to diverse audiences.
• Plan and execute technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demos with customers.
• Tailor solutions to customer needs while learning to communicate business value.
• Build trust and collaboration with customers and technical champions.
• Gain hands-on experience through demos, labs, and Snowflake’s learning resources.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and partners to ensure customer value.
