Job summary

Green Revolution is seeking a senior Territory Sales Manager for the West Super Territory, based in the Portland, OR area. This full-time remote field role leads retail sell-in and sell-through across WA, OR, with trips to CA/CO for strategic accounts.

Travel 40–60% within the territory, reporting to CEO or Head of Sales. You will build priority chains, engage buyers at grocery, pharm, and wellness retailers, and close new distribution while coordinating samples, COAs and compliance documents.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of field sales experience in CPG, beverage, supplements or CBD.
• Proven track record selling into grocery, natural or pharmacy, ideally with existing retail buyer relationships in the West.
• Strong understanding of retail math, margins, promo planning and how to build a category story.
• Comfortable selling a regulated product and following clear compliance guidelines around claims.
• Highly organized, self-directed and motivated by new business development.
• Willing and able to travel frequently for store and buyer visits.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine a target list of priority chains and independents in WA, OR, CA and CO.
• Lead outreach to buyers and category managers at natural grocery, regional and national grocery, pharmacies and vitamin/wellness retailers.
• Secure line review meetings, present the Green Revolution story and close new distribution deals.
• Negotiate pricing, promo plans and introductory programs within defined guardrails.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed vendor agreements and opening orders.
• Coordinate samples, sell sheets, COAs and compliance documentation for new accounts.
• Support store level execution, merchandising and pricing checks.
• Plan and execute in-store demos or staff trainings to drive trial.
• Track doors opened, orders, reorders and promotion performance in CRM.
