Qualifications

• Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions, and complaints.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Process customer orders and post payments daily in the system.
• Reconcile daily deposits and filing/scanning documents.
• Greet visitors and support various departments as needed.
