Job summary

Bruceton Petroleum Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Morgantown, WV to manage petroleum orders and inquiries across multiple channels.

You will process orders, handle modifications, and elevate complaints when needed while staying composed under pressure. The role requires basic computer skills (Outlook & Excel) and an ability to maintain records of orders, payments, and communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed.
• Proficient with computers, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in customer support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone or email.
• Verify account information and process orders.
• Take payment details and gather address, phone, product and gallons ordered.
• Record transactions and customer feedback, and resolve complaints.
• Communicate with colleagues to ensure quality service.
• Use computer systems to handle high call volumes.
• Report to the Customer Service Manager to maintain service standards.
