Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an outside sales professional to cover the West Bend, WI territory, targeting independent accounts and driving new business while expanding existing relationships. You will own end-to-end customer relationships, build a personal book of business, and contribute to growth in a supportive, high-performing team.

The role offers a $65,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with monthly and annual bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months in Sales, Marketing and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Generates additional business through analyzing territory and customers; samples products and plans sales strategy.
• Grows sales and profit margins to meet goals.
• Sets up new customer accounts, coordinates pricing and deliveries, and follows up for satisfaction.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through coordinated efforts with center staff and timely problem resolution.
• Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration to maximize profitability.
• Monitors accounts receivable in relation to credit terms and follows up on issues.
