Job summary

beeline Group is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to provide first-level technical support and train non-technical staff on current information systems. The role reports to the Head of IT Operations and covers IT execution for beeline North America in collaboration with global IT objectives.

You will resolve IT issues, support Windows OS, IOS devices, Citrix, SharePoint, MDM, and help manage device inventories while coordinating with German HQ across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in desktop and handheld device support.
• Experience with a helpdesk ticketing system is required.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, MS Office, iOS, peripherals, networking (TCP/IP), Citrix and SAP2.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-centric environment by ensuring thorough problem resolution and follow-up
• Support installation, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, maintenance and resolution for all IT North America resources (i.e. Microsoft operating systems, IOS, Citrix, secure drives, Sharepoint, MDM system)
• Support execution of local SBU, North America and global IT projects and initiatives
• Ensure accurate tracking of beeline NA IT equipment and including issue tracking
• Ensure Operations team compliance in regards to device management
• Support new user onboarding requirements and activities
• Coordinate effectively with German headquarters, considering time zone differences.

Critical Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in desktop and hand-held device support role
• Previous experience working with helpdesk ticketing system
• Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, MS Office, IOS, application support, peripherals, and networking, (TCP/IP), Citrix and SAP2
