Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
  • Interest in HR topics, particularly Compensation, Reward & Benefits.
  • Analytical mindset and affinity for working with numbers.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Structured and detail-oriented way of working.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.

  • Maintaining, analyzing, and preparing compensation and benefits data.
  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits and reward programs.
  • Creating reports, presentations, and analyses.
  • Assisting with salary and benefits benchmarking as well as market analyses.

  • Maintaining and updating internal information pages and documentation.
  • Supporting communication initiatives related to benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs.

Salary: €15.50 per hour
