Responsibilities

• Train and supervise crew members.

Physical & Performance Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Ability to use general restaurant equipment (warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.).
• Ability to use keyboard and computer.
• Ability to arrive on time, take direction, work well with others, accomplish tasks within established timeframes, concentrate accurately, learn policies, react to change productively, complete training programs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements.
