Responsibilities

• Train and supervise crew members
• Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures
• Interact with customers and execute cost control systems
• Lead and manage your own team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Use headset to take customer orders and give direction
• Use general restaurant equipment (warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)
• Use keyboard and computer
• Achieve tasks accurately and complete all applicable training programs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (some college a plus)
• One or more years of restaurant experience
• Open/flexible work availability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to stand for long periods; frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting 25–50 pounds
• Ability to travel to other restaurants or Area Office as needed
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements
