Responsibilities

• Lead a Wendy’s restaurant’s team to be fun, fast, and friendly while maintaining high standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and learn from each interaction.
• Ensure new team members understand how things work and are trained accordingly.
• Maintain and enforce food safety standards and procedures.

What you bring to the table (Qualifications)

• At least one year of restaurant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED (additional college or military experience is welcome).
• Experience leading, managing, and organizing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to give and receive direction effectively.
• Flexible work availability.

You must be willing and able to

• Travel to other Wendy’s locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
• Stand and move for most or all of your shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. occasionally.
• Handle weather-related moments and other operational challenges.
• Wear a headset, use restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
