Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a highly capable General Manager in the Souderton area to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a motivated team. This role focuses on growth, profitability, and a people-first culture in a fast-paced QSR environment.

You will own performance metrics, train staff, and uphold standards for quality, safety, and service—delivering an exceptional customer experience while modeling strong leadership.

• 5+ years of experience working in the QSR industry.

• Comfortable managing P&L responsibility and food safety practices.
