As Staff Wells Analyst, you will blend technical insight with business judgment to support planning, scheduling and operational decisions across the well lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, engineering, data analytics or planning.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and translating information into insights.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, visuals, or analytical tools.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced operational and business analysis to support drilling, completions, planning, scheduling, field execution, and overall Wells performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, and analytical tools that provide meaningful insights.
• Analyze operational and business data from multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve planning, scheduling, performance tracking, and decision-making processes.
• Design and implement workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and streamlined business processes.
• Establish and maintain data standards, documentation, and QA practices that improve reliability and usability.
• Support operational reviews, business planning efforts, and performance reporting across Wells organization.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate to implement sustainable fixes.
