Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency with WellView, including experience maintaining, reviewing, and validating completions data.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable operational data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a positive, flexible attitude in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day completions operations through accurate data management, reporting, and analysis
  • Maintain and improve data integrity across systems used by completions, engineering, and field operations teams
  • Manage quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes to enhance reporting accuracy and increase visibility into completions performance
  • Review and monitor daily field costs to ensure operational expenses are accurately captured and properly accounted for
  • Assist in maintaining cost visibility and financial accuracy across completions operations
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies by working collaboratively with field personnel, engineers, and IT teams
  • Identify the root causes of data issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions
  • Prepare and maintain reports that support operational performance tracking and data-driven decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as needed

Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Completions Technician to support day-to-day completions operations with a focus on data management, reporting accuracy, and cost visibility. This position will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across systems used by completions, engineering, and field operations teams; managing quality assurance and quality control processes; monitoring daily field costs; and resolving data discrepancies. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced WellView experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Claude or other AI-powered tools used to improve reporting, analysis, and process efficiency
  • Experience reviewing field costs or supporting operational cost tracking
  • Knowledge of Permian Basin completions operations
