Job summary

The role requires an advanced engineering degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with independent work and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering as specified.
• 3+ years in lab work, fracturing fluids, proppant materials, or rock mechanics.
• Field experience in unconventionals and field-scale pilots.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions on moderately complex projects.
• Conduct R&D on new well engineering technologies.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to optimize design and operation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate research findings.
• Identify and mitigate risks in well design and operations.

Education

Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical), Applied and Computational Mathematics, Applied Physics, or Chemistry
