Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy in Henderson, NV is seeking a Wellness Tech to join our high-energy team. This role blends service and sales as you guide members through cryotherapy, red light, and other wellness services, explaining benefits and building personalized care plans.

You will greet clients, manage bookings, onboard new members, and help with tours and memberships in a fast-paced, social environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or related field is preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handle phone calls, voicemails, and booking/rescheduling/cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Build care plans and recommendations to support clients’ health journeys.
