Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Word and Excel programs.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing schedules for shifts to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Monitor resident needs and assist with transitions to YourLife community.
• Assist with CPR certifications and first aid readiness as needed.
• Read and document shift notes and care logs to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote safety, dignity, and a compassionate care environment.
