Massage Heights is a U.S. and Canadian franchise dedicated to creating spaces where people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
We are seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to support, inspire, and help lead a team that delivers exceptional experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll work closely with the Wellness Director to keep the Retreat running smoothly, motivate the team, and help guests feel amazing.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales or retail management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict.
- Comfortable with computers and standard software.
- Basic business math skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for people.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Spa Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Lead front desk training with coaching, role-playing, and sales support.
- Build schedules that keep the Retreat running smoothly.
- Set and achieve team and individual goals.
- Create a culture where exceptional guest service is the norm.
- Strengthen guest loyalty by consistently delivering the Massage Heights experience.
