Job summary

Massage Heights seeks an experienced hospitality leader to supervise retreat operations and drive revenue while maintaining brand standards. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, schedule shifts, and ensure exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes staff development, system adherence, and local outreach to grow membership and visits. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset and comfort managing daily

Qualifications

• Leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience managing hourly wage employees and a self-starter mentality.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Financial acumen including basic business math and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue to managing inventory.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Create and manage team member schedules for daily operations.
• Set goals and convert plans into actions to meet or exceed them.
• Provide coaching on the floor and ensure supreme guest service.
• Develop partnerships and conduct local marketing to promote Massage Heights.
