Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon environment. You will greet customers, explain tanning options, and drive sales while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

We value strong communication, reliability, and the ability to meet sales targets. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for advancement in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, wellness services, and skincare.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
