Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic associate to join our retail team in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help customers look and feel their best. This role focuses on delivering excellent service, promoting memberships, and educating clients on tanning services and wellness options.

You will build relationships, strive to exceed sales goals, keep the salon clean and welcoming, and handle daily tasks with reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, wellness services, and premium skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
